Apple’s WWDC (World Wide Developer Conference) is the biggest event that Apple hosts every year. During the event, those developers that can get a ticket have the opportunity to work directly with Apple on ways to improve their applications. Apple says 1000 of its engineers and 5000 developers are going to attend.
Apple has just announced that the event starts on June 2nd, and that it’ll go through June 6th. Usually, the first day is used for Tim Cook’s keynote, and just like we saw iOS 7 last year, and iOS 6 the year prior, we expect to see iOS 8, or whichever new version of Apple’s mobile operating system will be announced. Along side the update, there is still much speculation over the launch of Apple’s next-generation iPhone as well, though those rumors keep being pushed to September, and we also think it will come in September just like last year.
As this is a developer’s conference, some of us believe this is the perfect platform for Apple to announce the iWatch, and how developers can take advantage of it. Whatever the case may be, we’ll definitely be covering everything live, so stay Tuned to Andro Dollar.
