Lumia 535 unveiled as the First Smartphone to Carry Mircosoft’s own Brand Name

Microsoft has announced the Lumia 535. We heard about this device for sometime now and it is the first smartphone to carry Microsoft’s own brand name, like we told earlier. Yes, Unfortuantely Nokia is dead.

The Lumia 535 will be launched as Single or Dual sim versions. The Lumia 535 has a 5” IPS display with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, enhanced sunlight readability, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top. It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset with 1.2GHz quad-core CPU along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in memory, which can be further expanded via a microSD card of up to 128GB. The device features dual 5MP cameras at the front and the back. It should be decent for the price. A 1,905mAh battery powers the smartphone.

The device will be running Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim; it’s later update. The Microsoft Lumia 535 will be available in 6 colors (White, Black, Cyan, Bright Orange, Bright Green, and Dark Grey) along with a removable back cover.

Microsoft is also giving 15GB of OneDrive storage for free to new Lumia owners.

This is clearly an entry level smartphone and It will cost around €110 without any taxes. Anyone interested? Let me know in the comments section.
